Where's the source Code?

I'm only going to post the .HEX file for the programmer, not the original source. If you would like a copy of the original source, you can have that, but you must send me (via postal mail) a signed license form. I will not even look at code that someone else has modified. My code may not be the tightest, fastest, or most efficient, but it is in a form that I can understand and maintain.

After I receive the the form from you, I will return you a copy with that has your URL. Do not share this link, it is meant for your use only. The license is easy enough for anyone to fill out and send to me. If you have enough time to build this programmer, you surely have enough time to send a simple piece of postal mail.

HEX File for POHPIC programmer: I will only provide this file in the INHX8M format. If you want a different format, send me a a signed copy of the license, and you can have the source!

Why all this extra work? I spent a lot of time and effort on this programmer, and I'd like others to share, but I don't want someone else to take unfair advantage of the situation. I am reserving all commercial rights for the production of this programmer, though you can use the programmer however you like.
