POHPIC Technical Specification

I built this programmer in stages. Here's the description of the hardware, broken down into the modules as I see them.

Vcc Supply: It has to be powered somehow.
Vpp Control: To put the PIC in and out of programming mode, you have to raise and lower the programming voltage.
Vdevice Control: To be a Production programmer, the programmer must be able to verify with the device powered with +5, Vlow, and Vhigh.
Programming Interface: The interface between the programmer and the target.
RS232 Interface: The interface between the programmer and the computer.
Brains: The brains behind the programmer.
Target Socket: The socket for the target.
